Hi! š Tough one as change my mind ALL the time. Dream room would be a big master bedroom suite with dressing room, spacious ensuite and really cosy bedroom. Would love to convert the loft for this...one day! Location...by the seaside but in this country, surprisingly possibly. You know I love the north east coast!
